A day to honour this beautiful season while crafting seasonal herbal medicine to support and nourish your body

This is a hands-on workshop ~ you will gain more understanding about elemental herbalism - guided by the senses. Take home your own medicine YAY!!

We will craft:

• Hay fever supportive syrup
• Botanical mosquito-repellent Incense
• Cooling spring body butter

And of course, you will be spoiled with homemade food inspired by the season.
