About this Event
🐝 Spring is finally here! And to help you celebrate, we warmly welcome you to our first wellbeing event of the series - the "Spring Awakening" - An evening to flow, regulate, and be part of a nurturing community 🌷
What can you expect?
🧘🏻 A gentle yoga session aimed to cleanse, release, and create space.
🥣 An immersive sound bath to rejuvenate your mind and recharge your body.
☕ A "sip and share" circle to promote support and connection, with tea!
Spring is the perfect time to declutter, let go, and open up to your full potential. This event is open to anyone who feels called to pause and slow down, to meet yourself with a sense of curiosity, kindness, and gratitude. Come as you are, all are welcome!
Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate, so early booking is recommended!

Sound healing is not advised for clients with the following:
Pregnancy ( specifically1st trimester)

Hearing Impairments/Tinnitus or Specific Sound/Sensory Sensitivities(reach out to Sabah to discuss any concerns and possible adjustments during the session)
