Vibrant colours and sweet fragrances begin to gently lift us from our Winter slumber, calling us to awaken & connect to the Spring magic. In this nourishing & refreshing sound space, we will shed our old layers from the winter season, and embrace the Spring Equinox energy to fuel our bodies, minds and souls in readiness to embrace the warmth ahead.
Sound healing, or sound therapy, is the practice of using music to improve your health and general well-being. It uses the vibrations of sound to lull us into a meditative state. In our spaces we harness the power of a range of instruments, tapping into various vibrational frequencies to create harmonious sounds and sensations that'll offer an invitation to embrace a deep state of calm and relaxation.
All of our events are carefully curated to be a safe space in which you can show up exactly as you are, to be seen, heard and held in your divine truth. The evening will include an infusion of herbal tea offerings, breathwork practices, cleansing rituals, oracle card practices and more. There will also be opportunities for you to share and connect with others. No previous experience in meditation or breathwork required. All are welcome. What to expect…

During Sound Baths it is common to often notice physical sensations like changes in your body temperature, tingling, heaviness, or a feeling of floating as the body relaxes. Emotionally, you may experience calm, clarity, emotional release, or a sense of deep rest. It’s perfectly normal to drift in and out of awareness, feel very relaxed, or simply enjoy the sounds without needing to “do” anything at all. You may also fall asleep, and that is completely okay, and simply means that is what you needed. Everyone’s experience is unique, and no two Sound Baths experiences are ever the same.

Please note: We ask you arrive to the location 10 minutes early to ensure we can have a prompt start at 1pm, with no interruptions. Please wait in the foyer area and we will welcome you to the space as we begin. The event space has some free onsite parking, and there is alternative parking nearby.
