About this Event
DOGSTHORPE STROLL
Date: Saturday 7 March 2026
Time: 1030am- 12:30pm
The stroll around ‘old’ Dogsthorpe will last around an hour with 30 minutes at the end for refreshments and discussion.
The stroll will be led by Toby Wood and will begin and end at Dogsthorpe Library, Central Avenue PE1 4LH.
During the stroll, we will look up, down and around and will pause to listen to some of Toby’s poems about the area.
Participants will hear a little about the history of Dogsthorpe and will have the chance to take photos, talk and write down thoughts.
We will start the stroll with a quick gathering, before making our way through Central Avenue and parts of Dogsthorpe before coming back to the library for tea.
*Not only do you get to join this walk but your photos, words or just chats could feature in an outdoor exhibition in April 2026 in the Dogsthorpe area and in a !SNAP! Publication too.
