About this Event
Wycliffe offers education programs for students of all ages! Whether you're a parent, grandparent, homeschool teacher, Sunday school teacher or more, these programs are great opportunities to teach students about what God is doing around the world today.
Our programs run an average of two hours, and give students a hands-on learning experience they won't soon forget. Students will be grouped by age according to registration. Each program includes hands-on classroom time and a time to explore our Discovery Center.
ProgramsA-Z Adventures is for elementary aged students and showcases different languages, cultures and people from across the globe. Kids will learn more about God's love for everyone — no matter where they live or what language they speak — through crafts, games, stories and activities.
Mission Encounter is for students in middle school and high school. In this program, students will delve into missions, linguistics and Bible translation. This program will expand your students’ understanding of what God is doing around the world and how their unique giftings and skills can bring him glory.
FAQsWhat is included in the program cost?
Admission into the Discovery Center and all program materials.
Is snack provided?
No, we will not be providing a snack as we do not have a snack break scheduled.
Is there a minimum age requirement to participate in the program?
Students must be 5 years or older to participate. Pre-K students are allowed if they are ages 3 and 4, at the discretion of the parent. (Please note that the program is not targeted specifically for their age.)
Do I need to stay with my kids, or can I drop them off?
Please plan on staying for the program with your kids. Unlike our summer program, our A-Z and Mission Encounter programs are designed for parents to stay for the program duration. You're welcome to participate in the program, or if you want to explore our Discovery Center or Village Shop while the kids are engaged in the activities, we invite you to do that too!
