Before the Sun
Before The Sun is a folk quartet from Denver, Colorado known for their original songwriting, soaring vocal harmony, thoughtful instrumental arrangements, and hilarious stage presence. The band formed in 2023 around the long time friendship of Clare Elich (banjo), Summers Baker (guitar), Grace Clark (percussion), and Joe D'Esposito (cello, fiddle). They play together with the goal of bringing audiences into the magic of acoustic music, and they seek at every turn to write and perform songs that uplift those around them.
Angel Corsi
Colorado-based BIPOC Americana/soul artist Angel Corsi is a songwriter known for unfiltered storytelling and intense, revelrous performances. Blending sardonic humor, complex stories about complex people in tough neighborhoods, Angel builds the bridge between culture, class and sticking up for the little guy.
Dubbed a "Chicano Bruce Springsteen," Corsi blends traditional folk with a unique cultural perspective to explore themes of politics, love, and his own self-healing. With a style ranging from grit-driven troubadour to velvet voiced romantic crooner, he delivers raw, empathetic narratives to audiences across the U.S.
Chicano roots, Americana heart, barrio soul, and a fighter's spirit, Angel Corsi brings lessons from his upbringing and pugilist background with a healthy dose of sensitivity, softness and protection for somber people looking for a little hope in dark times.
