Grab your broomsticks and float into our most boo-tiful flow of the season! Join us for a frightfully fun Halloween-themed Vinyasa class where we'll creep through spooky sequences, haunt our hamstrings, and raise our spirits one pose at a time.
Expect a wickedly good flow filled with:
🦇 Bat Wings (Warrior variations)
🎃 Pumpkin-powered core work
🕸️ Cobweb-clearing stretches
👻 Ghostly glides and spine-tingling transitions
🐈⬛ Black cat balance poses that will test your nine lives
Whether you're a beginner ghoul or an advanced yogi monster, this class promises no tricks, just treats for your body and mind. Costumes are encouraged (as long as you can move comfortably), and Halloween attire earns extra boo-nus points!
Come for the scares, stay for the savasana. By the end, you'll feel fang-tastic, un-boo-lievably relaxed, and ready to take on the season.
