About this Event
Let's dim the lights and turn up the volume for a Spooky Szn Open Mic Night! Join us as a performer or attendee and cheer on your fellow artists. Play an instrument, sing a song, perform a dance, share your poetry or spoken word, or do a stand-up routine. You don't need to be an expert - A Seat at the Table Books is a community safe space and supportive environment for all. All experience levels welcome.
Because we are open to the public during open mic, families may be present. Please adjust content as needed.
Please no outside food or drink; the cafe will be open through Intermission at 7:15.
About the host:
The Creeping Violet is a performer that puts the pookie in spooky and the fierce in fearsome. She dances, she hula hoops, and she haunts the stage in Nevermore Gorelesque as your favorite show-ghoul. Now she's your host with the most. And don't worry, she only bites if the occasion calls for it.
