Spooky Smile: Guided Crackle-Glaze Pottery Painting
Paint a spooky smile of your own at The Pottery Shop! We’ll guide you through the design and show you how to use a specialty crackle glaze to create the striking finish pictured. No painting experience needed.
Your $10 ticket reserves your seat and covers the guided class and specialty glaze. Choose your ceramic piece when you arrive and pay for it at the studio. Ceramics range from $10–$65, with most between $16 and $25. We’ll help you select a piece that works well for this design and technique.
All finished pieces from this class are decorative only and are not food safe. Crackle patterns vary, so each piece will be unique. We’ll fire your pottery and text you when it’s ready for pickup, typically in about 14 days.
Please book one ticket for each person painting.
Important Things to Know
Specialty glazes change, move and interact during firing. Final colors, patterns and finishes will vary from the samples, making every finished piece completely unique.
*Pictures are for reference only - your item(s) will be uniquely your own. Results with Stoneware glazes can vary significantly based on application and are less predictable than our standard line of pottery painting.
Before You Register:
- No cancels/reschedules within 48 hours of the class
- No credits, refunds or reschedules are permitted in the event of a no-show/late arrival.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to check-in and select aprons.
- Ages 10 and up.
- All people in class must be registered, no spectators
- We are a CASHLESS Studio. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
