Step into a world of spooky surprises, mysterious Pokémon, and Halloween adventure at Spooky Season PokeFair: The Shadow Ball, a frightfully fun Pokémon celebration where Trainers gather for a weekend filled with costumes, creativity, competition, and a little bit of supernatural mischief. Hosted at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, this special event will mark an exciting new chapter as our first-ever two-day show, held in a much larger hall than our previous events to welcome even more Trainers, families, and Pokémon fans into the haunted halls.Across two full days, guests can explore a wickedly wonderful marketplace filled with artists and vendors, join beautifully spooky cosplay meet-ups and Halloween-themed photoshoots, and enjoy a wide variety of activities designed to celebrate the creativity and passion of the Pokémon fandom.
The festivities of Spooky Season PokeFair: The Shadow Ball will feature a thrilling lineup of competitions and stage programming. Trainers can test their skills in Pokémon TCG and VGC tournaments, take the spotlight in cosplay and trivia competitions, and participate in all sorts of eerie and entertaining activities happening both on and off stage throughout the weekend. Who knows what—or who—you might encounter lurking around the next corner?
Between battles, competitions, and Halloween happenings, guests can take a breather in open/free play spaces for the Pokémon TCG and video games, hunt down unique creations from talented artists, and connect with fellow Trainers in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. There may even be a few mysterious Pokémon sightings along the way...
Whether you arrive dressed as your favorite Pokémon, a terrifying Trainer, a legendary creature, or something delightfully strange, PokeFair invites you to embrace the spooky season and celebrate the magic, creativity, and camaraderie of the Pokémon world—with a few tricks and plenty of treats along the way.
So grab your costume, bring your favorite Pokémon, and prepare for a weekend of battles, scares, laughs, and Halloween fun. The haunted PokeFair awaits… if you dare!
