Lyonia Environmental Center and Deltona Library are teaming up to bring you the Spooky Nature Trail. Start your adventure in the amphitheater with library staff to enjoy a spooky themed story at 11:00 and 12:00. The spooky trail welcomes visitors every 10 minutes starting at 11:30. Along the way you’ll have the chance to learn about not-so-scary snakes, insects, plastics, plants, history, and more! Collect a stamp at each station to earn candy at the end, while supplies last. Candy provided by the Friends of the Deltona Regional Library and the Friends of Lyonia Environmental Center. All ages welcome. Costumes are encouraged but not required. The sugar sand trail is approximately 0.1 miles/600 feet long and may be too soft for strollers. Closed toed shoes are highly recommended. Last entry is at 1:15 p.m. All ages are welcome. No advanced registration is required.
