The City of Pembroke and the Township of Laurentian Valley are thrilled to present the 7th annual Spooky Movie Night at the Skylight Drive-In on Saturday, October 3, 2026. This Year’s Audience will enjoy a thrilling double feature: Shaun the Sheep the Beast of Mossy Bottom (2026) and Scooby Doo (2002). With space for more than 200 vehicles, it’s set to be a frightfully fun night for the whole community!Gates open at 5:00 p.m. so guests can grab the best spot with the first feature film starting around 6:45 p.m once it is dark enough.
A free small bag of popcorn will be handed out upon arrival to each attendee while supplies last. Candy bags will also be handed out to all the children in their cars.
Children are invited to take part in our Dance Contest at 6:00 PM to show off their best dance moves. Whether you're inspired by the iconic Michael Jackson Thriller dance or have your own spooky routine, all children are welcome to join in. The Top 3 dancers will be announced during intermission and will receive prizes. It's a great way to kick off an evening of family-friendly Halloween fun! 🎃🕺💃👻
Admission is free, but tickets are required and available on September 21st, for more details please check out Pembroke.ca/spookymovienight. Tickets are first come, first served, and each ticket covers an entire carload. There is no need to reserve for each individual person. You must have the ticket in advance to attend.
We will be collecting monetary and non-perishable donations for our local St. Joseph's Food Bank upon entrance to the event!
