About this Event
A fun day to play flashlight tag with a bunch of ghosts and make some spooky friends along the way.
Many people at this event will be in the indie game development and small artist communities as a way to meet new people make friends and maybe even... ROMANCE?
Feel free to bring stickers to trade with others of your own design or otherwise.

Who should attend?
If you make something or are creative this is for you but anyone is welcome as its just flashlight tag lol Meet other artists, musicians and game developers and more. This is an 18+ event! Do not bring children or pets as they could get injured during the event with a bunch of 20 to 30 year old running around in sheets XD
What to bring?
1.Bring a sheet to wear (with holes for your eyes haha) or wear white if that works for you.
2.Bring a flashlight! No flashlights or sheets will be provided and phone flashlights probably wont work for this game.
3.Make sure to wear warm enough clothes and good shoes for sneaking and creeping.
How does it work?
The event is at 6pm and we will take 15 minutes to divide into 2 teams. We will run timed rounds every 15 minutes so if you arrive late dont worry! You can wait on the outside of the marked game play boundaries and join the next round.
How to Play Flashlight Tag
There will be 2 teams: Either by rock paper scissors or volunteer we will decide who will be the first team to be “It.” This teams players will hold the flashlights and be the "Ghostbusters" while the other team will wear the sheets they brought and be "the ghosts"
- Game start: As the game begins, the ghosts will scatter to find hiding spots. The Ghostbusters will count to 30 loudly as a team with their flashlights off in a specific location in the boundaries to give the ghosts a fair chance.
- Start the Ghostbusting: Once the counting is done, the Ghostbusters will turn on their flashlights and begin searching for the ghosts. The goal is to “tag” a ghost by shining the light directly on them and calling out their name "ghost!".
- Get Tagged or Escape: If you’re hiding and get caught in the beam of light, you’re out for that round. If you’re quick, you can try to dodge the light and find a new hiding spot but try to have good sportsmanship there will be more rounds for redemption.
- Game end: The game continues until all ghosts are tagged or the time runs out, if any ghosts are left when the time runs out the park is still haunted! The ghosts win! If all the ghosts are caught congratulations you have busted those ghosts! Then, switch who’s “It” and play again!
