welcome to DANCE HOUR - an upbeat, all-levels, guided dance class designed to help you feel confident, free, and fully immersed in the music. choreography will be taught step-by-step with lots of repetition and layering, making it easy to follow and fun to learn. what to expect: in each 1-hour class you can expect a warm-up, time to learn multiple dances, and a cool-down/stretch
what to wear: dancers are encouraged to wear whatever they feel most comfortable moving in, including clean dance sneakers or athletic shoes.
