About this Event
Join us on the spookiest day of the year as welcome the brilliant Gary Panton and Dotty Sutton to the shop as we celebrate all things Halloween!
Gary Panton and Dotty Sutton, bestselling author and Illustrator of the big-hearted and hilarious Not-Witches series, and Dotty's latest book Moth the Veggie Vampire, are visiting us on Saturday 31st October at 11:30am, for stories, crafts and prizes.
The Notwitches -
While lots of children have one or two problems, Melanda Notwitch has three: her horrible aunts. They really are the absolute WORST! Luckily, Melanda meets Mitch, a young witch who knows of a magic spell that might make everything better. All they have to do is find one special ingredient. How hard can it be?
Moth the Veggie Vampire - Ever wondered what it's like to be a vampire? To be super strong, super fast and super naughty? To sleep all day and party all night? Cool, right? But what if you're only half-vampire? Super awkward, super anxious and super allergic to garlic dip?
I'm Moth, and this is the story of how my sucky life got kinda better thanks to a girl called Mina, a plant called Gary and my best friend Biscuit (who is a bat).
Fangs for reading!
The best spooky costume will win a prize!
See you there!
