Get ready for a frightfully fun crafting adventure! Join us for our special Halloween Create & Cuddle Workshop, where little ones can bring their very own spooky new friend to life.
Perfect for children of all ages, each participant will get to choose their bear skin, take part in a magical heart-wishing ceremony, stuff their furry friend, and dress them in a brand-new Halloween outfit to take home!
What's Included: A choice of Halloween-themed bear skins a wishing heart ceremony Stuffing and secure closing a t- shirt to decorate for the bear -An official adoption certificate and take-home box
Session Times Available: Please select your preferred time slot at checkout. (Note: Each workshop runs for 1 hour, and children must be accompanied by an adult).
Session 1: 9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Session 2: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Session 3: 12:15 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Spaces per session are strictly limited, so book early to secure your spot for this magical, hands-on Halloween experience!

Info: Welcome & Bear Selection
What happens: Children arrive, find a seat at the tables, and choose their Halloween bear skin (e.g., pumpkin bear, ghost, or classic bear . Children hand out bear skins and a special wishing heart to each child.
Minutes 10 – 30 | Stuffing & The Heart Ceremony
What happens: Kids help stuff their bears.
The Magic Moment: Guide the whole room through the Heart Ceremony—have them make a wish, rub the heart, and place it safely inside the bear before the back is sealed.
Minutes 30 – 50 | Spooky Dress-Up
What happens: Children head to the accessory tables to pick out a Halloween outfit, cape, witch hat, or spooky accessory for their new friend.
Staff role: Help children dress their bears, brush the fur, and ensure everyone has what they need.
Minutes 50 – 60 | Birth Certificates & Wrap-Up
What happens: Kids fill out official adoption birth certificates, name their bear.
