The Doula Lab invites families throughout Southern Illinois and the St. Louis Metro to our 2026 Spooktacular Extravaganza—a FREE community celebration created for kids, parents, caregivers and families of all ages.
Come dressed in your favorite costume and spend the afternoon enjoying Halloween fun while connecting with organizations and resources that support healthier families and stronger communities.
