Join us for a slow flow yoga class to kick off your Halloween festivities! We are proud to gather community for an event the whole family will love. Get some trained, experienced, and professional childcare while you experience the calmness and peace from a balanced yoga flow, focused on balancing the nervous system. Goblins and Ghouls welcome! 1 hour class (including a15 minute sound bath meditation with crystal bowls) followed by a costume contest and treats. All family types welcome, single and child-free yogis more than welcome!
