Join us for Splash Landing, a fantastic free two-day family event hosted by the Akarana Marine Sports Charitable Trust and the Ōrākei Local Board!This highlight of the summer calendar takes full advantage of the beautiful waterfront at Okahu Bay, offering a safe and fun way for everyone to connect with our moana (ocean).
Dive into the action with opportunities to try sailing, kayaking, dragon boating, paddle boarding, join in on the raft race (get building!).
Immerse yourself in off water activities thanks to Barefooted, Kelly Tarltons, Dust Palace, CLM St Johns, Drowning Prevention Auckland, East Skate, Revive our Gulf, Chalk Walk (plus more to be announced).
Kids will love the Tamariki Zone, packed with bouncy castles, water zorbs, face painting, and so much more.
Relax and enjoy live music while exploring a variety of delicious food trucks. The Akarana Garden Bar will be open, and coffee will be brewing to keep you energized throughout the day.
