About this Event

Supported by The Trusts Community Fund, DreamCatchers WorldWide charity is excited to continue their award winning community classes.

You will go through a series of stretches, balances and exercises to help with strength and conditioning with a qualified instructor.

Please bring your mat, towel and water.

Classes are only $5 per person and we accept both cash and card.
