Get fit and have fun in a low-impact, water-based exercise session! We meet every Friday from 1pm to 2pm.
These sessions are taught by a qualified Exercise Physiologist at the Gympie Aquatic Recreation Centre. Open primarily to veterans and their partners/carers, and community members where there are spaces available. There is no cost to participate as these sessions are fully funded by the Gympie RSL Sub Branch.
