The Inner Space and Diversified Yoga are collaborating to add a monthly drop in class live at The Inner Space. This class is open to all students, abilities, shapes and sizes. We love all of our students. Feel free to bring your mat or sit in one of our chairs for the class. This class is slow flow and highly meditative. 15$
