Spirits on the Screen: Halloween Movie NightKick off the spooky season with a night of ghosts, laughs, and Ghostbusters II at the Kankakee County Museum Campus!
Join us beginning at 5:30 PM to browse a selection of vendors, get settled in, and enjoy the Halloween atmosphere. The movie will begin at 6:30 PM. Visitors are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes and show off their spooky spirit!
The movie is free to attend, and guests are welcome to bring their own chairs and blankets for the outdoor showing. The movie will be held outside, weather permitting, and will move indoors if necessary.
Want to make your movie night extra special? For $10, our all-inclusive option includes:
- A concession snack pack with popcorn, soda, and candy
- One raffle ticket
- Designated seating in the reserved area
The raffle gives you a chance to win a special paranormal experience on the Kankakee County Museum Campus with the Kankakee Paranormal Investigations Team! The experience will offer the lucky winner a unique opportunity to explore the museum campus alongside the team and experience the paranormal side of local history.
The raffle will continue throughout the month of October, with additional tickets available for $1 each or 6 for $5. The winning ticket will be drawn on October 17th.
We'll also have a select group of vendors on hand, including the Kankakee Paranormal Investigations Team, with more spooky surprises to come!
