Welcome to the Spirit Guide Connection Lab — a hands-on, experiential practice class designed specifically for students who have already completed Spirit Guide Levels 1 & 2 and are ready to strengthen their connection before moving into Level 3.
This is NOT another lecture-style class.

You’ll spend the evening connecting, receiving, experimenting, and learning to trust the subtle ways your Spirit Guide communicates with YOU.
Because Spirit Guide development isn't about having one amazing experience in class.
It’s about developing a relationship you can return to again and again. 🪽
🌿 RECONNECT WITH YOUR GUIDE
We’ll begin by grounding, clearing, and intentionally reconnecting with your primary Spirit Guide.
You’ll revisit the energetic awareness you learned in Level 2 by noticing what changes when you invite your guide closer:
✨ Body sensations
✨ Temperature shifts
✨ Pressure or expansion
✨ Emotional changes
✨ Colors or images
✨ Words or thoughts
✨ That subtle sense of simply knowing
The goal isn't to force an experience.
It’s to become more familiar with your own intuitive language.
🔮 ENTER THE SPIRIT GUIDE CONNECTION LAB
Then we're getting out of our heads and into EXPERIENCE!
Through a series of interactive exercises, you'll explore different ways intuitive information may come through.
👁️ SEE — Images, colors and visual impressions
👂 HEAR — Inspired words, phrases and thoughts
💛 FEEL — Emotions, sensations and energetic changes
✨ KNOW — Information that seems to simply drop into your awareness
🔮 SYMBOL — Learning how symbols can carry intuitive meaning
You'll practice one of the most important skills in intuitive development:
Receive first. Analyze later.
No overthinking.
No trying to make something happen.
No comparing your experience to the person sitting next to you.
Just noticing what comes.
🪽 “TEACH ME YOUR LANGUAGE” GUIDED JOURNEY
You’ll then be guided through a deeper connection experience with your primary Spirit Guide.
Instead of simply asking, “Who are you?” you'll begin exploring:
✨ How do you communicate with me most easily?
✨ What does your presence feel like to me?
✨ What should I practice to strengthen our connection?
✨ What am I overlooking because I'm expecting communication to happen differently?
✨ What do you want me to understand right now?
This is about moving from simply meeting your guide to beginning to develop an ongoing relationship.
📖 INTERVIEW YOUR SPIRIT GUIDE
You'll also have an opportunity to practice asking your guide questions and recording the first impression you receive.
What are they helping you develop?
What intuitive ability wants more attention?
What symbol might help you recognize their presence?
What can you practice between now and Level 3?
What do they want you to know?
The purpose isn't perfection.
It's practice, familiarity and trust.

We'll finish with interactive partner work designed to help you practice receiving without immediately filtering or second-guessing yourself.
You'll have an opportunity to share intuitive impressions, receive feedback, and discover what happens when you allow the first thing that comes through to actually come out of your mouth. 😆✨
Sometimes confidence doesn't come from receiving MORE information.
It comes from finally trusting what you were already receiving.

🕊️ You must have completed Spirit Guide Levels 1 to attend this class.
This class assumes you already understand the foundational concepts of grounding, energetic hygiene, Spirit Guide connection and intuitive communication.
