Shauna is a gifted healer who has mastered many methods, including the traditional Tibetan system of chakras and pathways, as well as traditional Japanese Reiki. Applying Himalayan Shamanic methods, she acts as a "bridge" between the spiritual and physical planes to clear negativity from both dwellings and individuals.

Her methods effectively reduce mental agitation, facilitate the activation of spiritual connections, and mitigate the negative impacts of premature Kundalini activation. Furthermore, her work helps alleviate physical pain from injuries and the side effects of cancer treatment, helping to rejuvenate a profound sense of well-being. She also possesses a deep working knowledge of the vibrational applications of color, imagery, and sound.
