Join shamanic practitioner Lorena of Three Mountains Shamanic Healing and sound healing practitioner Molly of Sacred Sound Healing for a two-hour immersive experience weaving together shamanic healing and sound healing.
We will begin by creating sacred space and inviting each participant to place an offering on the altar along with a personal intention for healing. Offerings may include tobacco, flowers, roses or rose petals, chocolate, cedar, or cornmeal. If you are unsure what to bring, simply choose something from this list that you feel drawn to. Your offering does not need to be elaborate.
You will then settle in and receive as Molly creates an immersive sound healing experience using intentional sound and vibration to support relaxation, release, and connection with your inner self.
Throughout the sound journey, Lorena will work individually with each participant, guided by compassionate helping spirits and your intention. Because each healing is unique, your shamanic healing may include power animal retrieval, soul retrieval, extraction healing, and/or a message directly from compassionate helping spirits.
To make yourself comfortable during the experience, please bring a yoga or sleeping mat along with blankets, pillows, or anything else you would like to have while lying down. A limited number of extra blankets will be available if needed. Please also bring your offering for the altar and come with an intention for your healing.
The sound healing will continue throughout the experience, creating a supportive container as the individual shamanic healings unfold.
Sound and Spirit Alchemy is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life, connect more deeply with yourself and the unseen, release what may no longer serve you, and create space for healing, connection, and greater wholeness.
