Join LizFit for the 15th Annual Spinning Generosity!This is a 45-minute spin class dedicated to Girls on the Run New Hampshire, on Wednesday, December 9 at 6 PM at Spinnaker Point Recreation Center in Portsmouth, NH. Participants must be 18 or older.
Girls on the Run's mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running and movement. The program uses running as a vehicle for teaching life skills and promoting healthy outcomes for 8 to 13-year-old girls.
Riders are asked to try to raise $150 for their charity, and 100% of the proceeds go directly to the charity. You don't have to ride to support — you can also donate or fundraise for the team.
