About this Event
Spinning Babies® Parent Education teaches and empowers pregnant people and their support team to bring comfort in pregnancy and ease in birth. In this class, we will cover anatomy, activities to do during pregnancy to ease pain and discomfort, and how to move through labor to make space for baby to descend. Spinning Babies is for anyone greater than 20 weeks gestation regardless of fetal position, delivery plans, and whether or not this is your first baby. This hands-on course will help you grow in confidence to navigate the highs and lows of pregnancy, create space in your body, and invite your baby into the best position for them to be born. If you are looking for short but in-depth education on how to support your body through pregnancy and birth, please join us for this 2 hour class!
Class size is limited to 5 couples. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow or bolster, and a water bottle to the class, and wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in.
