This class is all about working with your body (and your baby), not against it. You’ll learn:
✨ Daily activities to encourage optimal baby positioning
✨ Gentle movements and stretches to create more space in your pelvis
✨ Comfort measures for labor that partners can actively help with
✨ What to do if labor feels “stuck” or extra intense
✨ How to use positioning to potentially reduce interventions
This is a hands-on, interactive class so come ready to move, practice, and leave feeling empowered 🙌
👶 Perfect for all birth intentions (epidural, unmedicated, induction, VBAC—you name it)
