You're welcome to this Pilates class no matter your experience level. 💕
You can expect a full body session that focuses on relieving back pain , improving posture & core strength while sculpting long, lean muscles and boosting flexibility.
The pace is gentle but effective, making it accessible for beginners and challenging enough for those with more experience.
At the end of each class, we’ll come together for a short reflection circle; a peaceful moment to relax, share, and connect with yourself and the group. 💫
Please bring;
• Your own mat
•Water
• And wear grip socks or go barefoot.
