When Sound Meets Spinal Energetics ✨What happens when the therapeutic power of sound meets the dynamic movement of Spinal Energetics?
Sound therapy introduces therapeutic vibrations and frequencies that are experienced throughout the body, engaging the nervous system and supporting a shift toward relaxation and restoration.
Spinal Energetics complements this experience by working with the body’s energetic and physical responses, inviting movement, release, and awareness through areas of tension or holding.
Together, these modalities create a dynamic, immersive experience that brings sound, sensation, and the body’s innate capacity for self-regulation into one integrated journey.
Two distinct modalities. One deeply immersive experience.
Join us for one of two intimate sessions, limited to just 8 participants each.
