A monthly in-person community circle for grounding through Time, Expectations, and Access—so you can slow down.
About this Event

Spill the T.E.A. Community Circle is a monthly in-person space for grounding through Time, Expectations, and Access.

This is a place to land—in your body, in your real life, and in what’s true right now. What we exploreSpill the T.E.A. is a framework and a practice for noticing what shapes our experience and choices:

Time — where you feel stretched, rushed, stuck, or out of rhythm

Expectations — the “shoulds,” roles, internal pressure, and inherited standards

Access — capacity, support, resources, boundaries, and what’s actually available

This circle may be for you if…

  • You’ve been holding a lot and need a place to exhale
  • You feel disconnected from your own needs or inner clarity
  • You’re in a transition season and want steadier footing
  • You’re craving meaningful community without pressure to overshare

Come as you are.
