About this Event
On November 8th we have the privilage of hosting SpicyChurch at a Lanier Cottage. This week we will gather around a fire in a beautiful back yard and create a nature mandala together.
We offer moments of reflection and prompts to allow individualized connection as well as expressive art inspired response opportunities. After some time, we encourage participants to intentionally and mindfully engage with one another and nature. We might go on a nature walk, we might create a nature collage together, we might do barefoot walking for grounding or even deep breathing with stretching, yoga, or tai chi.
Every portion of SpicyChurch is completely optional and never forced. Engage where you feel comfortable or try something new - its completely up to you!
