Rundezvous is teaming up with MJ Thrifts for a Spice Girls-themed bootcamp that combines fitness, fashion, and enough nostalgia to make you seriously consider platform shoes again.
🔥 THE WORKOUT
We’ll kick things off with:
🏃 20 minutes of run/walk intervals on the Peloton Treads
💪 20 minutes of full-body strength training
🧘 A quick cooldown before we return to our regularly scheduled lives
As always, all paces and fitness levels are welcome. Walk, jog, run, modify...choose your own adventure.
But this isn’t just a workout…

Leading up to the event, Macey will be thrifting five Spice-inspired looks:

Follow along as she hunts down the looks, then check out the rack at Rundezvous on event day. You’ll be able to browse the pieces before or after class, and you may even see a few of us working out in them because apparently exercising in a full Posh Spice moment is now part of my job description.
Costumes are encouraged, but never required. Come full Spice Girl, add one questionable 90s accessory, or just wear your normal workout clothes.
This is going to be part workout, part thrift pop-up, part 90s fever dream.
