✌️ SPICE GIRLS BOOTCAMP x MJ THRIFTS ✌️
Tell me what you want, what you really, really want… and hopefully the answer is Spice Girls, treadmills, strength training, thrifted 90s fashion, and a whole lot of GIRL POWER.
Rundezvous is teaming up with MJ Thrifts for a Spice Girls-themed workout + thrift pop-up that combines fitness, fashion, nostalgia, and enough questionable 90s style choices to make you seriously consider platform shoes again.
Whether you’re Sporty, Scary, Baby, Ginger, Posh (or simply here for the playlist) this one’s for you.
🔥 THE WORKOUT
🏃 20 minutes of walking, running, or a mix on the Peloton Treads
💪 20 minutes of full-body strength training
🧘 5 minutes to stretch, recover, and contemplate whether “Spice Up Your Life” was actually a fitness instruction
No running required. No Spice Girl-level athletic ability required. 😂
Walk, jog, run, modify, every movement will have options, and all fitness levels are welcome. First-timers are absolutely encouraged to join us!
