Cooper Wils is a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter whose music draws from a diverse range of influences, including Pink Floyd, Ocean Alley, John Frusciante, Fred again and Angus & Julia Stone. His approach to music is centred around originality, creativity, and creating an authentic connection between his songwriting and live performance. Cooper’s recital will showcase his development as an artist throughout his time at WAAPA, combining original compositions with selected covers and arrangements. The performance will explore a range of styles, incorporating elements of folk, acoustic, rock, psychedelic rock, and fusion.
