About this Event
Advance Care planning (ACP) is a way to help you think and talk about the care you would like to receive in the future, with your family, and document this.
Karla Olorenshaw from Te Whatu Ora (Health New Zealand Canterbury) will discuss how a care plan works and why it’s good to consider developing one before you become seriously ill and are unable to make decisions for yourself. There will be time at the end for questions.
This seminar is held at BrainTree, 70 Langdons Road. It is free to attend, however a koha donation will be gratefully received.
