About Katie:
Katie Greenman is the Founder and CEO of HumanSide, a collective of facilitators and experts in human development and learning design that she launched in 2015. Built on the belief that our jobs should make our lives better — not deplete them — HumanSide works with organizations to connect teams to the people in them, helping employees and leaders show up as their real selves and do their most meaningful work.
Katie's early passion for studying human development led her to turn research into interactive learning experiences, and the results spoke for themselves: people connecting more deeply, making real change for themselves, and carrying those shifts beyond the workplace. Today, HumanSide works with an impressive range of clients — from the United Nations and Google to Nike and fresh startups — bringing global facilitators together under one vision.
Described by her own team as "The Dreamer" — someone who sees big things in you and helps you see it too — Katie leads with curiosity, compassion, and a genuine commitment to finding joy in the work. Her approach is as relevant to a room full of real estate agents as it is to a Fortune 500 boardroom: the human side of any business is always the most important side.
All NOMAR agents are invited. No RSVP required.
