Led by Michelle Factor, Registered Psychotherapist and Professional Certified Art Therapist, this session offers a gentle, trauma-informed space for reflection, sharing, and emotional processing. Michelle brings deep experience working with individuals and communities navigating stress, grief, anxiety, and collective trauma, and will guide the group with care, sensitivity, and professionalism.
