THE THREE PILLARS

SPEAK — Speak with IMPACT.
Clarify your core message. Learn to shape your experiences and knowledge into a focused story that connects, teaches, and gives your audience something meaningful to take away.

STAND — Stand BOLDLY in your POWER.
Know who you are and your assignment for the space. Identify the values, experience, and purpose behind your voice so you can show up with confidence and serve the people in front of you.

COMMAND — Command the ROOM with AUTHORITY.
Practice capturing attention, engaging your audience, and delivering your message with intention. Use your voice, pauses, gestures, and closing invitation to guide listeners toward action.

WHO IT’S FOR

  • Aspiring and emerging speakers ready to develop their message.
  • Authors who want to bring their books’ messages to the stage.
  • Coaches and mentors who want to communicate their work more effectively.
  • Entrepreneurs ready to introduce their businesses with confidence.
  • Workshop facilitators, ministry leaders, and community leaders.
  • Women with meaningful experiences and a desire to encourage, educate, or inspire.
  • Women who feel called to speak and want a supportive place to begin.

You do not need previous stage experience. Come willing to reflect, participate, practice, and grow.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Guided identity work and clarity about your speaking assignment.
  • Message development exercises to organize your ideas.
  • A 60-second introduction that communicates who you are and whom you serve.
  • Practice with posture, eye contact, pacing, pauses, and purposeful gestures.
  • An opportunity to develop and deliver a short signature message.
  • Supportive feedback, questions, and discussion.
  • A personal action plan for continued practice.

WHY YOU SHOULD COME

Come because your message deserves preparation and your growth deserves attention.

If you have been struggling to explain what you do, wondering whether your story matters, or waiting to feel confident before speaking, this experience gives you a place to begin.

You’ll have time to organize your thoughts, practice aloud, and connect your message to the people you want to serve. You can bring your nerves, your questions, and your unfinished ideas.

Together, we’ll explore a question that shapes every speaking opportunity:

“What is my assignment in this room?”

YOUR TAKEAWAYS

You’ll work toward leaving with:

  • A clearer understanding of your identity and purpose as a speaker.
  • A speaker positioning statement that explains whom you serve.
  • A practiced introduction.
  • A short signature-message outline.
  • Practical delivery techniques and personalized feedback.
  • Specific next steps to keep developing your voice.

ABOUT YOUR TRAINER

DR. ANGELA BRAND — DR. AB, THE GIRL ON FIRE

Dr. Angela Brand is a women’s empowerment speaker, master life coach, mentor, best-selling author of 29 books, philosopher, publisher, designer, and entrepreneur.

With more than 30 years of coaching and mentorship experience, Dr. AB has trained speakers, authors, and coaches, helping them clarify their messages, recognize the value of their experiences, and communicate with purpose.

She is the founder of the Her Fire 12 City Empowerment Tour, where she creates a platform for women to walk in their purpose, impact others with their story, and turn their mess into their message.

As the founder of Fire Girl Lifestyle Boutique & Bookstore, she brings together personal growth, books, apparel, affirmation art, coaching, and workshops under one mission: “Ignite Her Fire. Realign Her Life.”

Her work includes women’s empowerment speaking, writing and publishing, one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and personal development experiences such as Manifesting Her and Reset Her.

Her perspective is also shaped by her journey as a single mother of three now-adult children and her experience building a business around her voice, creativity, and purpose.

In Speak, Stand, and Command, Dr. AB brings these experiences together to help you connect who you are with what you are here to communicate—so you can speak with impact, stand boldly in your power, and command the room with authority.
