SPEAK: A Collection of Five Plays is a new works showcase featuring excerpts from five original plays by a local playwright—brought to life by five different casts in an evening celebrating new writing, local artists, and the thrill of seeing a story take its first steps onstage.

Each piece introduces a completely new cast, new characters, and a new world—but all five stories inhabit the same theatrical space.
A unified set transforms throughout the evening. Hanging fabric catches the light and becomes something new. A metal bed moves between worlds. Familiar objects disappear and return in unexpected places. Music, movement, lighting, and performance reshape the room before your eyes.
Nothing is entirely literal.
Everything is suggested.
And there is no traditional curtain speech.

Rather than presenting five established titles, this evening offers something rarer:
The opportunity to encounter five stories while they are still becoming.
Each play features its own cast, creating opportunities for a wide range of local performers to take the stage while introducing audiences to original work created here in our community.
