Our 4-week beginners courses are designed to help you learn the basics, build strength and confidence, and have fun in a welcoming, supportive environment. You don’t need to be fit, flexible or have any upper-body strength to start — that’s what we’re here to help you build!
Whether you’re looking for a new hobby, a confidence boost, a fun way to get active, or simply want to try something a little different, we’d love to have you join us.
