A guided tasting of six different types of sparkling wine from around the world, each paired with a cheese, led by one of our friendly, impartial qualified wine experts. Featuring Champagne and other fizz such as Prosecco, Franciacorta, English sparkling wine, Cap Classique, Sekt or Crémant. You'll be sure to find a new favourite! We don't sell wine, so you can get the low down on where to find and buy the best value bubbles.
Here are some possible examples you could be tasting on the day (exact selection will vary):
A rich elegant Champagne of course, a sumptuous New World challenger. An exquisite Italian Prosecco, a classic Spanish Cava dry and refreshing. France's distinctive hidden gem Crémant and a superb home grown English sparkler. Or how about a Methode Cap Classique from South Africa?
