Join us for Sparkles & Slices: Fall Affair, a delightful autumn gathering celebrating beautiful desserts, local bakers, and the joy of sharing something sweet.
Imagine a room filled with gorgeous cakes, buttery pastries, homemade cookies, and cozy fall flavors—pumpkin spice, salted caramel, cinnamon, maple, apple, and everything wonderful about the season.
The concept is simple: Bring a dessert you love, and discover an entire table of desserts shared by your community.
Whether you're a passionate home baker or picking up something special from your favorite local bakery, there's a place for you at our table.
And because sweet moments deserve to be remembered, we'll have a photo booth to capture the fun!
A LITTLE SWEETNESS FOR A BIGGER PURPOSE
We're making this gathering about more than delicious desserts.
$8 from every $25 admission ticket will benefit Keaton's Child Cancer Alliance, an organization supporting children facing cancer and their families.
Your participation helps us bring our community together while contributing to a meaningful cause.
WHAT YOUR $25 TICKET INCLUDES
- A cocktail from The Bubbletruck — A little bubbly to celebrate the occasion.
- A special treat box from Kneadymama Bakery — Something delicious from one of our wonderful cohosts.
- Community Dessert Exchange — Discover an assortment of homemade and locally baked treats contributed by fellow guests.
- A takeaway dessert box — Fill your box with treats to enjoy.
- A photo booth experience — Capture memories with your friends.
- A chance to give back — $8 from each ticket will be donated to Keaton's Child Cancer Alliance, supporting children facing cancer and their families.
HOW THE DESSERT EXCHANGE WORKS
Every guest brings one dessert contribution to share with the community.
We'll arrange everyone's creations into a beautiful dessert display. During the exchange, you'll be invited to explore the tables, discover new favorites, and select treats to fill your provided takeaway box.
Think of it as a dessert lover's dream—a little bit of everything, shared among new friends.
Cakes are encouraged, but a variety of baked desserts is welcome!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring a dessert you've made yourself or something wonderful from a local bakery.
We welcome:
- Cakes, layer cakes, bundt cakes, and cupcakes
- Cookies and decorated cookies
- Brownies, blondies, and dessert bars
- Pastries, tarts, and macarons
- Sweet breads and other shareable baked treats
Please bring approximately 18–24 tasting portions. Whole cakes should be at least 8 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall.
Fall flavors are encouraged but not required. We love pumpkin, maple, apple, cinnamon, caramel, chai, and pecan, but bring whatever makes you happy!
IMPORTANT DESSERT GUIDELINES
- Each ticketed guest must bring one qualifying dessert.
- Desserts must be homemade or purchased from a local bakery.
- Desserts from large grocery store chains and mass-market retailers are not accepted.
- Bring your dessert ready to display and share.
- Include a small card (maximum 3 × 5 inches) listing its name, description, ingredients, and known allergens.
- Bring plastic serving utensils if your dessert requires them. Metal knives are not permitted.
- Desserts requiring refrigeration or special temperature control are not accepted without advance approval.
- Candy, beverages, and packaged snacks alone do not count as a dessert contribution.
No dessert, no entry. Please review the event guidelines before purchasing your ticket.
Children: Ages 3 and under may attend without a ticket or dessert contribution. Guests ages 4 and older require their own ticket and dessert.
Check-in: Assigned entry times and check-in instructions will be shared before the event. Please arrive during your designated check-in window.
Space is limited. Advance registration is required.
