FAN THE FLAME is a reminder that you are not starting from scratch. You already have the desire, the vision, and the potential inside of you. Life may have dimmed it, but it never went out. This year at SPARK, we are creating the space, the conversations, and the connections that reignite what's already there, because that is what this community does. We fan each other's flames. We show up, we pour in, and we rise together. This is about building momentum, strengthening your confidence, and surrounding yourself with women who help you burn brighter. You don't need to become someone new. You get to return to yourself and let this room remind you just how bright you already are.
