Want to practise your Spanish and meet other learners?
This introductory Spanish conversation session is an opportunity to practise your Spanish in a relaxed, supportive group setting. It's not a language lesson, and there's no pressure to be perfect. The goal is simply to get speaking, build confidence, and enjoy communicating in Spanish with others.
Level: Advanced A1 to B1 (check your level here https://www.coe.int/en/web/common-european-framework-reference-languages/table-1-cefr-3.3-common-reference-levels-global-scale) Suitable for learners who can form simple sentences and have some familiarity with the present tense and basic past-tense structures.
This will be a facilitated conversation session, and some preparation is required beforehand.
Please note: We will start punctually at 7:30 pm. Please arrive a few minutes beforehand to get yourself a drink, settle in, and find a seat before we begin.
BEFORE THE SESSION
Participants should complete three short preparatory activities before attending. Total preparation time is approximately 30 minutes.
WHAT TO BRING
• Your own pen and paper
• Either printed copies of the preparation materials or access to them on your phone. As this is a free event, printed materials will not be provided.
LOOKING AHEAD
The aim of this introductory session is to help participants meet one another and gain the confidence to continue meeting and running the group independently in the future.
