About this Event
On October 24, 2026, we will be hosting a spaghetti dinner fundraiser at OLHC to help our dear friend Nora Garritt raise funds to acquire and train a service dog. In May 2020, at age 33, Nora was diagnosed with Autosomal Recessive Cerebellar Ataxia Type 3 (ARCA3). While ARCA3 tends to have a slow progression, Nora recently began walking with a cane or rollator and has limited her driving to 15 minutes or less. This loss of independence has been very challenging for Nora and her emotional well-being. That’s where a well-trained service dog comes in!
