Díky této pestrosti získáte možnost vyzkoušet různé perspektivy a cesty pohybu a najít tu svou.
S sebou pohodlné oblečení a dobrou náladu.

V roce 2023 založila spolek tactic, pod jehož hlavičkou vznikají nejen její nejnovější projekty. Taneční lekce s Terezou Lenerovou nabídne jemné, ale energizující probuzení těla, práci s krátkými pohybovými variacemi a improvizací. Lekce je otevřená všem, kdo chtějí pohyb prožívat vědomě, citlivě a s radostí.

Each lesson offers a different perspective on contemporary dance - from working with breath and rhythm to improvisation and contact to the perception of the body in space. Thanks to this variety, you will have the opportunity to try different perspectives and paths of movement and find your own. Dance here is not about performance, but about an experience that at the end of the day connects you with yourself and the world around you.
