I am delighted to be sharing with you details of our next Southwest Coaches Get Together on 17th October.
The Southwest Coaches Get Together days are open to any coach in the Southwest of England (or beyond) who welcomes coming together in person to meet other coaches in a relaxed, creative and fun day.
In these days we catch up with each other, meet new colleagues as well as make time to reflect on our practice and try something new - taking away ideas to move our practices forward.
Celebrations and preparations
The theme for our October Get Together is ‘celebrations and preparations’ with a focus on rich, guided visualisations and art making.
We will start our day celebrating our successes over the year as I (Anna Sheather) take you through a creative reflective exercise. Giving us the time to pause and acknowledge ourselves, our practices and our achievements no matter how big or small, whether planned or unintended.
Next Abi Unwin will take us through a guided Autumn Garden visualisation, inviting us to pause and reflect on what is quietly emerging within your coaching practice. Inspired by the seasonal wisdom of the Wheel of the Year, we'll explore what is taking root beneath the surface and what is beginning to flourish as we move into the next season of our coaching journey. Consolidating into a created visual image.
This will be followed with a deeper guided visualisation and art exercise giving us access to our Dreaming Child; that part within us that knows what we need to take us forward into the final part of the year and into 2027.

I am really looking forward to this day, experiencing new things, having time to reflect on my practice, catching up with colleagues and meeting new ones too.
