This month, we are thrilled to welcome Mallie Messri, co-founder of Cash Out on My Home as our guest. There will be ample time for community questions, so please come ready to ask away.
Our guest:
Mallie Messri
Mallie and Jonathan Messri are the sibling co-founders of Cash Out On My Home, a family-owned real estate wholesaling company serving Chattanooga, North Georgia, and the Knoxville area. They help homeowners navigate inherited properties, costly repairs, tax issues, and challenging rental situations while connecting investment opportunities with local buyers.
They began wholesaling together in 2019 and expanded into Chattanooga in 2021, building their business through local partnerships, joint ventures, and focused marketing. They have done over 300 deals. After operating from California, they relocated to the Chattanooga area to strengthen their local relationships and work more closely with sellers.
Their approach emphasizes understanding each homeowner’s needs, communicating transparently, and finding practical solutions. They share firsthand lessons on finding motivated sellers, building a recognizable brand, and growing a wholesaling business through specialization and trust.
